A wonderful gift of humanity is the strange phenomenon of art. From a purely pragmatic standpoint, I can think of no obvious reason it should exist. But yet it always has. It is a beautiful part of our humanity and it gives a unique dimension to our experience on Earth as a species.

We are all creative. I would posit that art is our original purpose.
